I have found a genuine pursuit in being present at a moment in nature where a combination factors can bring about the extraordinary, maybe what we idealise to see in a painting. To then be able to 'bottle' this experience through the medium of photography is a privilege and is my devotion.
The absence of colour in an image is the classic paradox of less is more. Not all images work as monochrome, but those that do invite the viewer to almost interact with the image as the lack colour asks more of ones personal perception and meaning of it.
Images are regularly updated, and new categories will appear as I photograph new locations.
